  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST.
  • Delivery Times: United States: 10–15 business days. International: 10–20 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Flat rate of $5.99 for the US. Flat rate of $7.99 for international orders.
  • Customs & Duties: US orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning Holt London handles import clearances and fees. International customers are responsible for their local VAT or import duties.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Return Window: Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging with all product tags still attached.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unlike the homepage mention of "postage paid returns," their official refund policy page states that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and prepaid labels are not provided.
